Simon-Kucher in Germany is seeking an AI Product Manager (m/w/d) to lead GenAI features for internal SaaS tools used by 2,000+ employees, shaping product roadmaps and influencing leadership decisions.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across consulting and tech, oversee GenAI SaaS configurations, monitor adoption KPIs, and drive change management with training and campaigns.

Qualificações

• 2-5+ years of experience managing software solutions, especially Analytics, SaaS or AI-based products.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into measurable business impact for non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with AI compliance and data privacy requirements.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize, launch, and scale new AI features for internal SaaS products used by 2,000+ employees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into product roadmaps.
• Oversee configuration and reliability of GenAI SaaS applications.

How you will create an impact:

• Prioritize, launch, and scale new Agentic AI features of internal AI SaaS products for more than 2,000 users based on impact, effort, and risk.
• Collaborate with and consult stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, recommend enhancements, and drive the adoption of best practices.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance of various software-as-service applications related to GenAI, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve KPIs related to user adoption and system usage.
• Liaise with software vendors for support, updates, and product roadmaps and evaluate new product features based on usability, business impact, costs, and risk.
• Provide advanced technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving application-related issues,
• Set up FinOps reporting for SaaS solutions to keep consumption-based costs of solutions in line with business needs.
• Champion internal adoption through strategic communication campaigns, hackathons, and enablement initiatives and partner with AI Change Champions to drive effective training and change management.

Your profile:

• You hold a university degree and have a background in consulting, professional services or startup environment.
• You bring 2-5+ years of experience in managing software solutions, with a focus on Analytics, SaaS or AI-based solutions.
• You are skilled at translating technical AI concepts into measurable business impact for diverse, non-technical audiences.
• You ideally have hands-on experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• You are familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements related to AI and data privacy.
• You possess strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
• You have experience with SaaS enterprise software solutions and cloud technologies.
• You are highly proficient in both spoken and written English, with a fluency level of C1 or above; German language skills are a plus.
