Zusammenfassung

Optimus Search in Munich is seeking a Senior Product Engineer for the Integrations & Agent Core team to own the connections between our platform and external systems, building integrations, agent workflows and tenancy logic for multi-tenant scale.

You'll report to the Head of Engineering, mentor an associate engineer, and influence both code and people. The role is hybrid from our Munich office and requires strong Python, Django and API integration experience, including OAuth2 and LLM APIs.

Salary: €60,000 to €90,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our Integrations & Agent Core team, the part of the business where third party systems, LLM tooling and multi tenant architecture all come together. You'll own the connective tissue between our platform and the outside world, building the integrations, agent workflows and tenancy logic that let the product scale across customers. You'll report directly to the Head of Engineering and take on informal mentorship of an associate engineer on the team, so this is a senior IC role with real influence over both the codebase and the people around you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain integrations with Microsoft Graph and other third party APIs, including OAuth2 based authentication flows
• Develop and extend LLM and agent tooling that powers core product features
• Build and maintain multi tenancy logic that keeps the platform scalable and secure across customers
• Work closely with the Head of Engineering on technical direction for the team
• Mentor an associate engineer, supporting their growth through code review, pairing and day to day guidance
• Contribute to architectural decisions as the team's integrations and agent capabilities grow

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience with Python, Django and building REST APIs
• Proven experience integrating third party APIs, including OAuth2 based authentication
• Hands on experience working with LLM or AI APIs (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) in a production or product context
• Comfortable working in a bilingual, German speaking environment
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders
• Some prior mentoring or informal leadership experience is a plus, but genuine willingness to support a junior colleague matters most
