Flip ищет старшего AI-инженера для определения архитектуры и лидерства командой из трёх инженеров. Вы будете проектировать многоагентные системы и продвигать лучшие практики в области LLM‑продуктов, работая с Python, Qdrant, Azure AI и Kubernetes, а также Kotlin и Go.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ лет разработки ПО, старший/Staff-уровень подтверждённый трек-рекорд.
• Сильный базовый уровень backend/platform/full-stack.
• Опыт проектирования и эксплуатации production LLM‑систем (RAG, tool calling, оркестрация).

Aufgaben

• Определение единой архитектуры и стандартов для Flip Fusion и связанных компонентов.
• Проектирование многоагентных систем под кейсы клиентов, оставаясь гибкими.
• Руководство командой из трёх AI-инженеров и развитие практик инженерии.
• Программирование ~70% времени; принятие архитектурных решений с PM и техлидами.

Flip is an AI-powered Employee Experience Platform for frontline workers in retail, manufacturing, and logistics. Its products connect employees to the tools and information they need through a single app and touch.

Задачи

• Define a coherent AI architecture and unified standards for Flip Fusion, the Ask AI Agent Gateway, and Flip Flows;
• Design multi-agent systems that support specific use cases while remaining generic enough for different customers;
• Lead and develop a team of three AI Engineers;
• Spend approximately 70% of the time coding and solving the most challenging technical problems;
• Drive architecture decisions with Product Managers and Engineering Leads through influence and strong technical reasoning;
• Work with Python, pydantic-ai, Qdrant, Azure AI, Kubernetes, Kotlin, Micronaut, and Go;
• Shape the AI Engineering discipline and establish its practices.

Требования

• 7+ Years of software development experience with a proven Senior- or Staff-level track record;
• Strong software engineering foundation in backend, platform, or full-stack development;
• Practical experience designing, building, and operating production LLM-based systems, including RAG, tool calling, MCP, orchestration, and evaluations;
• Strong experience with multi-agent orchestration;
• Proven technical leadership through architecture ownership, Tech Lead responsibilities, RFCs, design reviews, or setting team standards;
• Ability to advance technical work outside your direct area of responsibility through persuasion and credibility;
• Experience coaching or mentoring Engineers toward stronger performance;
• Clear commitment to disciplinary people management;
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (C1);
• Nice to have: formal people management experience, cross-team discipline or functional leadership in a matrix organization, large-scale product experience with frontline or deskless workers or high-volume B2B SaaS, cost/latency/reliability engineering for LLM systems, German at any level.
