Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer to drive AI adoption and integration across all departments. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity through AI‑driven solutions and supporting the engineering team with AI model implementation and research. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in AI models, workflow automation and hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Team in implementing and fine‑tuning AI models such as LLMs, CLIP, XCLIP and other advanced AI technologies.
• Conduct in‑depth research on new AI models, tools and frameworks evaluating their pros, cons and best practices for integration.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for AI model implementation, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to integrate AI functionalities into existing systems and workflows.
• Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI models and applications including LLMs, computer vision models (CLIP, XCLIP) and automation tools.
• Experience in Python programming for AI implementation and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Langdock and AI‑powered project management solutions.
• Ability to analyze workflows and design AI‑driven optimizations tailored to business needs.
• Strong research skills to evaluate new AI tools, frameworks and best practices.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with technical teams, marketing, production and management.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an AI Consultant or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Background in business process automation or AI‑driven digital transformation.
• Familiarity with AI APIs and cloud‑based AI services.
• Experience in prompt engineering and fine‑tuning AI models.
