Global Market Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into scalable products, train and optimize ML models, and integrate AI capabilities into APIs and services within Agile environments.

Candidates should have 4+ years in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and experience with LLMs, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms. German C1 and English B2 are mandatory for this role.

Your Role as an AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions, leveraging Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform innovative ideas into scalable and impactful products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML development frameworks
• Solid experience with Machine Learning algorithms, model training, evaluation, and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies
• Experience with frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar
• Experience developing and integrating AI-powered applications, APIs, and services
• Familiarity with Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering techniques
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI services
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and automation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• German C1 level (Mandatory)
• English B2 level or higher (Mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience fine-tuning and deploying open-source LLMs
• Knowledge of AI agents and multi-agent architectures
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
• Contributions to AI/ML projects, research, or open-source initiatives
