Taktile enables financial institutions to transform into AI-native organizations and is hiring an AI Enablement Engineer in Berlin. You will build internal tools and agents that connect our SaaS stack to daily workflows, driving adoption and measurable time savings across Engineering, GTM, and Ops.

You’ll partner with Security, IT, and other teams to establish guardrails and scalable integrations while staying focused on user impact over architecture. English proficiency is essential.

About the Role

Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into truly AI-native organizations. We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we’re looking for an AI Enablement Engineer to join our team.

As our first dedicated AI Enablement Engineer, you will build the internal tools, agents, and integrations that help every team work faster and better. You will own these projects end-to-end—partnering directly with leads across Engineering, GTM, and Ops to identify high-leverage workflows and scale their impact.
