Zusammenfassung

Spyro Soft is seeking an AI Consultant with a strong technical background to help customers adopt AI. You will work with Solution Architects, Technical Leads and Engineering Leads to translate business goals into practical AI initiatives.

You will run AI discovery workshops, assess readiness, design roadmaps and support pre-sales, while staying current with OpenAI, Azure AI and cloud AI services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead or similar senior technical role.
• Strong software engineering background with cloud and modern architecture knowledge.
• Experience advising enterprise customers in consulting or solution delivery.
• Proven ability to lead technical workshops and architecture assessments.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and enterprise AI platforms.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English (C1).

About the role

We are looking for an AI Consultant with a strong technical background and a passion for helping organizations successfully adopt AI. This role is ideal for experienced Solution Architects, Technical Leads or Engineering Leads who have evolved from hands‑on delivery into technology consulting while maintaining a deep understanding of modern software engineering and AI technologies.

You will work directly with customers to identify business challenges, assess AI readiness and define practical, high-value AI solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge business and technology, helping organizations transform ideas into executable AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their business goals, challenges and technology landscape

• Lead AI discovery workshops, technical assessments and solution design sessions

• Identify high‑impact AI use cases and evaluate their business value and technical feasibility

• Assess existing systems, architecture and engineering capabilities to determine AI readiness

• Recommend AI solutions, implementation approaches and technology roadmaps tailored to customer needs

• Translate business objectives into clear technical strategies and delivery plans

• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers and business stakeholders throughout the engagement

• Support pre‑sales activities, customer presentations and technical demonstrations

• Provide trusted technical guidance throughout the AI adoption journey

• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead or similar senior technical role

• Strong software engineering background with a solid understanding of modern application architecture and cloud technologies

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in consulting, advisory or solution delivery roles

• Proven ability to lead technical workshops, discovery sessions and architecture assessments

• Broad understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning and enterprise AI platforms

• Ability to identify business challenges and translate them into practical technical solutions

• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences

• Fluent English - C1

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI transformation or digital transformation initiatives

• Experience supporting pre‑sales and business development activities

• Knowledge of OpenAI, Microsoft AI, Azure AI, AWS or Google Cloud AI services

• Experience preparing AI adoption roadmaps and technology strategies
