• Hands on experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, application monitoring, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with AWS services and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch.
• Strong analytical thinking, service oriented mindset, and excellent English communication skills.
