About the job

As an AI Automation Consultant, you’ll work at the intersection of business operations, data, and emerging AI tools. Your strength lies in understanding how organizations work, and spotting where intelligent automation can free up time, reduce friction, and unlock new value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real problems, shaping solutions, and getting hands‑on with emerging AI tools.
Responsibilities:

• Run discovery workshops to analyze workflows and identify high‑impact automation opportunities
• Design and implement AI‑driven process automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, or custom Python workflows
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists and analytics engineers to integrate automations into data platforms and operational systems
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and guide stakeholders through decisions
• Support clients through rollout, adoption, and change management to ensure solutions stick
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and prototype new AI capabilities and tools within the GEM.AI vertical
• Share learnings, patterns, and new ideas with the broader Gemma team to shape how we work with AI

Who you are

You think in systems, get energy from working with people, and enjoy the mix of analysis, design, and hands‑on building. You’ve worked in a role where you needed to understand business processes and propose improvements, and now you’re excited to apply that to AI.
You bring:

• Experience in a client‑facing or business‑facing role (consulting, operations, product, data, process management, or similar)
• Ability to analyze workflows and structure solutions logically
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Python, Airflow, dbt, or similar)
• Comfort facilitating discussions and guiding stakeholders through change
• Business fluency in German and English (C1 or native)

Bonus if you also have:

• Experience with LLM‑based tools (ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL or data modeling concepts
• Experience building dashboards or analytics solutions
• Prior experience in consulting, SaaS, or scale‑up environments
