About the Role

Full-time on-site internship in Regensburg to build, improve and maintain AI-driven automations and internal workflows, primarily working with Airtable and Make.com to identify and close logic gaps and increase operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, improve and maintain internal automations in Make.com and Airtable
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify bottlenecks and logic gaps
• Design and implement clean, structured workflows to close logic gaps and improve efficiency
• Translate requirements from other departments into technical, maintainable solutions
• Ensure tools, data and processes integrate and operate reliably together

Requirements

• Logical and analytical thinking

• Interest in AI, process optimization and automation
• Enjoyment of working with complex logic and systems

Nice‑to‑haves

• Experience with Airtable, Notion or similar database tools
• Experience with Make.com, Zapier or n8n (No/Low‑Code automation)
• Experience working with larger, nested logic and workflows
• Understanding of data, system thinking and efficiency
• Basic understanding of APIs and productivity tools
• Programming skills (helpful for complex tasks, but not required)
• Experience with AI‑assisted coding (e.g., Claude Code, vibe coding)
