Airbus Operations GmbH invites graduates to join AGGP2027, a two-year Global Graduate program in the Quality Department, starting October 2027. You will gain leadership development, rotate through placements, and contribute to quality assurance across product life cycles.

During the program, you will develop through soft-skills training in inclusive leadership and values, with in-person and virtual workshops, and a yearly development week with leaders. English is required, other languages a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level in Production, Quality, Project Management or related discipline.
• Project management and communication skills.
• Experience or willingness to work in a transnational environment.
• Experience with Practical Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement; knowledge of corrective tools (PPS, Event, SARI, QSR) is a plus.
• Good technical understanding of process and quality.
• Language skills: English negotiation level; French & German would be a plus.

What You Will Be Doing

• You could be leading systemic root cause analyses to eradicate quality issues, leveraging data-driven insights to predict and mitigate risks, or overseeing the integration of advanced quality standards throughout the product life cycle.
• By collaborating with diverse teams, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every project not only complies with the highest safety and regulatory requirements but also delivers 'Right First Time' results that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to our sustainable aerospace mission.

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position in Quality department.

What We Look For

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Production, Quality, Project Management or a related discipline
• Project Management and communication skills
• Experience/Willingness to work in a transnational environment,
• Experience on Practical Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement and general knowledge on corrective tools (PPS, Event, SARI, QSR) would be a plus
• Good technical understanding (Process and Quality)
• Language Skills: Negotiation level of english, French & German would be a plus.

STATEMENT : This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
