Airbus in Germany invites recent graduates to join AGGP2027 – Graduate A400M MRO Engineering. The two-year Global Graduate Programme offers a personalized development journey, rotations, leadership training, and exposure to maintenance, repair and overhaul activities within the A400M programme.

You will translate maintenance documentation, quantify costs, liaise between maintenance and stakeholders, and contribute technical solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree level or equivalent within Engineering.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul.

Aufgaben

• Translate approved maintenance documentation into shop floor documentation.
• Quantify the costs (effort, materials) of the work, provide build processes and work orders.
• Being the interface between the maintenance organization and other stakeholders such as customer/CAMO/Program office.
• Provide technical solutions for issues arising during MRO activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable site and national regulations (e.g., Part145/M requirements).
• Support the shopfloor throughout MRO activities, from Offer/ROM phase, event preparation, execution, to handback of the aircraft to the customer.
• Coordinate activities with Services and Design Office to create documentation, fine-tune repair dispositions according to approved maintenance documentation, and serve as the technical point of contact with Engineering Services for repairs not included in approved documentation, based on the level of delegation.

What you will be doing

1. Translate approved maintenance documentation into shop floor documentation.


2. Quantify the costs (effort, materials) of the work, provide build processes and work orders


3. Being the interface between the maintenance organization and other stakeholders such as customer/CAMO/Program office.

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position. At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of an A400M MRO Engineer!

What we are looking for

• A degree level or equivalent within Engineering


• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Maintenanca, Repaor and Overhaul.


• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)


• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation


• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
