What you will be doing

• Intensive shadowing activities with experts within our team to understand the different roles and responsibilities linked with Telecommunications, including business training on SAF2 Tetra Sys and 5G/mobile communications security.
• Rotations working with our French and Finnish teams to understand the end‑to‑end processes for our complex business lines.
• Be involved with the legal, bidding, quality and finance aspects of the Telecommunications Solutions Management process.
• Deep learning and understanding of our product line work aligning with the multiple regions that we work with and driving commitment requests.

At the end of the 2‑year development programme you will have developed into the position of Solution Architect, Secure Communications and IoT Solutions (m/f/d).

What we look for

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent in the field of electrical engineering (telecommunications engineering) or information science (focus on telecommunications).
• An understanding of 4G/5G.
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English) as well as in German.
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation.
• The ability to be self‑aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
