WePush in Berlin is seeking a driven salesperson to build and lead partnerships with creator managements and agencies. You will manage deal flow, pricing, and onboarding at scale, shaping the go-to-market for a new growth segment.

You’ll work directly with founders and leadership, in a fast-moving office in Kreuzberg, with equity options and a performance-based bonus. You’ll grow the network to hundreds of agencies and creators.

Why this role exists

Brand budgets on WePush are growing month over month, and our advertisers increasingly want bigger creators in their campaigns. Here's the thing: 73% of creators above 50k followers are represented by a management or agency, meaning the market is extremely fragmented. Hundreds of small managements, often a handful of people handling 10 to 50 creators, running deals through WhatsApp groups, chasing brands one by one and waiting too long to get paid.

Most platforms try to cut the middleman out. We believe it's wrong, so we're doing the opposite. We're building the operating system for creator managements: onboard your whole roster in one click, see live campaigns from top brands, book your creators in, and let the platform handle pricing, reviews, billing, and payouts.

You’ll own this segment from day one.

What you’ll do

• The bulk of your time: Get creator managements and agencies onto WePush and make them successful there
• Enable creator managements to be able to sign more creators, as WePush takes care of deal flow, billing & overhead
• Build and work a pipeline of several hundred German creator managements and agencies in Attio, via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
• Run platform demos with managements & agencies, from solo operators with a handful of creators to agencies with 100+
• Onboard them end to end: roster upload, rates, tiering, and their first creators booked into a live campaign
• Set and negotiate pricing with managements within our marketplace guidelines, a sensitive topic where trust and fairness matter
• Be the #1 point of contact for every agency partner and move communication away from WhatsApp chaos into a more structured setup
• Serve campaigns on a silver platter: proactively match live brand campaigns with the right managements so they book fast
• Bring partner feedback back into the company: pricing, features, trust issues, what's holding them back from booking more
• Represent WePush at industry events, and host partners for dinners and meetups once relationships are running

How the role evolves:

In the first months, this is mostly a sales role: fill the pipeline and close managements. Once we have enough supply on the platform, the focus shifts to partnerships: keeping managements engaged, growing their bookings, and helping them scale their own business with us.

How we measure success

Two numbers: how many active agencies are on the platform, and how many macro creator videos they book through WePush. A realistic early target looks like 30 calls with managements, 15 closed, and each of them with at least 20 macro creators booked.

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• 2+ years in sales, business development, partnerships, or talent management, ideally in the creator economy, music, or an agency environment
• A real understanding of how creator managements work and make money, and ideally some contacts in the scene already
• Empathy and strong listening skills: you ask "what's in it for them?" before you pitch anything
• Negotiation skills: you can hold a price when a management pushes hard, without damaging the relationship
• Structure: you can keep 20 to 30 partner relationships warm at the same time, and nothing slips through the cracks
• Comfortable with a modern CRM like Attio, and happy to live in it
• High agency and full ownership: this is your project, and you treat it like your own business

Why you might not want this

This role isn't for everyone, and that's on purpose. It starts with a lot of cold outreach, and managements are skeptical by default because they've seen platforms try to cut them out. Pricing conversations will get tough. We're still early-stage, not a polished scale-up, so processes are half-built, things change weekly, and you'll often figure it out yourself instead of following a playbook. There's also real urgency here: this project should have started yesterday, and we need someone who can hit the ground running. If you need full management to stay on track, this isn't your seat. But if you read all that and got more interested, not less, we should talk.
