Amentum in Germany is seeking an AGE Shop Production Supervisor to direct operations, supervise Lead AGE Mechanics, and ensure maintenance programs meet USAF and ISO 9001 standards.

You will train staff, evaluate performance, prepare documentation, and coordinate with the AGE Manager to hit production goals while maintaining safety and quality.

Travel may be required; candidates need five years of AGE experience, supervisory background, and ability to work in host country.

Purpose and Scope:

Responsible for AGE shop production operations. Coordinates with the AGE Manager to ensure production and operational goals are accurate and properly implemented. Supervises work activities, trains, inspects, and evaluates all AGE employees as directed by the AGE Manager. Reviews and documents programs associated with maintenance operations within the AGE shop. Ensures all work is accomplished in accordance with USAF/Amentum technical data, quality assurance, and safety standards as part of ISO 9001 programs.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Directs and coordinates production efforts of Lead AGE Mechanics.
• Primary trainer on programs and equipment related to AGE Department.
• Prepares and completes applicable documentation as necessary.
• Inspects the operation, troubleshooting, and repairs, of Lead AGE Mechanics.
• Prepares and documents personnel performance evaluations for AGE Department.
• Performs supervisor review on all completed forms after maintenance actions.
• Counsels employees as necessary or as directed by the AGE Manager.
• Performs required departmental inspections and audits using current SOPs and WIs.
• Inspects servicing and maintenance, as required, on all in use assets.
• Conducts training evaluations and ensures all training records are properly maintained.
• May be required to operate material handling equipment.
• Conforms to all USAF and company safety, hazardous material, and quality standards.
• Performs TDY in the area of operation as required by USAF and company tasking.
• Prepares reports on production and man-hour utilization for submission to the AGE Manager for review and analysis.
• Implements programs and develops tracking methods as directed by the Manager.
• Candidate must perform all duties of the AGE Superintendent in his/her absence.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Five years' experience with AGE and training to USAF Craftsman or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to repair and maintain gasoline, diesel and gas turbine engines.
• Ability to review electrical and electronic systems using wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Practical experience of flow charts used to maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• A minimum one-year experience in a supervisory role with a maintenance organization is required.
• Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
• Must possess a valid US/HN driver's license.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in host country.

Contract Requirements per Appendix J

• Completed training on AGE maintenance from military technical school or an accredited technical school/college/university.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

• Must be able to work out of doors for extended period.
• Must be able to work in maintenance shop environment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Compensation Details:

67,500 plus Living Quarter Allowance
