• Develop joint and combined exercises to enhance US capabilities and integration with Allies and Partners.
• Improve USAFRICOM headquarters exercises and Service Command processes.
• Collate and integrate best practices from across the Joint Force into exercises and operations.
• Facilitate collaboration between AFRICOM staff, industry partners, OSW, Joint Staff J7, and Service Commands.
• Integrate lessons learned and best practices into USAFRICOM exercises and operations.
• Conduct rapid analysis and synthesis through cross-functional teams and red teaming.
• Develop insights and actionable recommendations to inform decision-making and facilitate adaptation.
• Create products including flash updates, operational learning notes, and CJCS updates.
• Produce informative materials and briefing products for Senior Leadership.
• Integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Autonomous Systems, and Quantum Computing.
• Assist in developing various exercises and wargames utilizing innovation and experimentation methodologies
