Zusammenfassung

CACI International is seeking an AFRICOM - Construction Development Planner to support identification, scoping, and management of exercise-related construction projects that enable strategic access and partner capacity. The role strengthens AFRICOM's J37 integration of infrastructure with operations.

You will develop proposals, coordinate with J4/J8 and host-nation engineers, apply expeditionary engineering practices, support cost estimation and documentation, and prepare senior leader briefings

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field and 10 years of relevant experience or 15 years of relevant experience.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project planning and management.
• Familiarity with DoD construction standards, environmental impact assessments and related funding lines.

• Support programming documentation, cost estimation, requirements justification, and prioritization within AFRICOM's broader infrastructure planning framework.
• Integrate lessons learned from previous construction projects into new proposals and execution strategies.
• Create Senior Leader briefings detailing project impacts, cost/benefit analysis, risks, and alignment with long-term command objectives.

The Opportunity:

The Construction Development Planner supports identification, scoping, and management of exercise-related construction projects that enable strategic access and long-term partner capacity. The role strengthens AFRICOM's J37 ability to integrate infrastructure development with operational and strategic objectives into AFRICOM exercises.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$115,600 - 254,200 USD
