Zusammenfassung

Solaris SE sucht zur Verstärkung im AML-Compliance-Bereich eine engagierte Praktikumsposition in Berlin. Sie bearbeiten Transaktionsmonitoring-Treffer, bearbeiten Auskunftsersuchen und unterstützen Behördenkontakte.

Sie bringen idealerweise Kenntnisse in AML, IT-Landschaft und Regulierung mit und arbeiten nah an KI-gestützten Prozessen. Flexible Arbeitsmodelle werden geboten und Lernmöglichkeiten über die Solaris Academy stehen offen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fach.
• Derzeitiges Studium in einem relevanten Fach (Praktikum).
• Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im AML-Compliance-Umfeld.
• Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder interner Audit ist von Vorteil.
• Gutes Verständnis der IT-Landschaft.
• Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen (MLA, KWG) von Vorteil.
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
• Branchenzertifikate wie CAMS, ICA vorteilhaft.
• Analytisch, detailorientiert und wirtschaftliches Gespür.
• Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.
• Affinität zu agilen Methoden.
• Hohe Integrität.
• Umgang mit KI-Tools und KI-gestützten Prozessen.

Aufgaben

• Tägliche Bearbeitung der Treffer aus dem IT-unterstützten Transaktionsmonitoring-System.
• Bearbeitung von Auskunftsersuchen.
• Unterstützung der Korrespondenz mit Behörden/ Staatsanwaltschaft.
• Unterstützung der Analyse/Untersuchung von Betrugs- und Geldwäsche-Anfragen.
• Förderung und aktiver Einsatz von KI zur Optimierung der AFC-Untersuchungen.

Your Role

• Daily processing of the hits from our IT-supported transaction monitoring system.
• Processing of requests for information (Auskunftsersuchen).
• Supporting correspondence with the authorities / public prosecutor's offices.
• Supporting the analysis and investigation of anti-fraud and money laundering inquiries from other units, external parties or other.
• Promote and actively use the AI to enhance AFC Investigations processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Completed university degree (in a relevant subject) (trainee)
• Current university studies (in a relevant subject) (intern)
• Alternatively: Training as a bank clerk and a job-specific further education or comparable qualification
• Ideally experience in the area of AML compliance
• Previous experience from customer service, the area of AML compliance or internal auditing is an advantage
• Good understanding of the IT landscape
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MLA, KWG etc.) are an advantage
• Proficiency in English language. Knowledge of German, Spanish, Italian or French language is an advantage
• Industry related certificates advantageous (e.g. CAMS, ICA)
• Analytical, detail-oriented and strong business acumen.
