Role – AEM Senior Developer/Architect – Location – Berlin, CT (Hybrid)

Role Summary

• Looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer /Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), React, and Elastic Search, who has hands‑on experience delivering large‑scale, enterprise applications.
• The role requires close collaboration with customers, architects, and cross‑functional teams to design, build, and optimize high‑performance digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior individual contributor delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Design and implement enterprise‑grade solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); develop modern, responsive UI components using React and related frontend technologies.
• Design, implement, and optimize search and indexing solutions using Elastic / Elastic Cloud.
• Create and review low-level and high-level architecture designs.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs with clients.
• Integrate AEM with third‑party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms; ensure application performance, scalability, security, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions and optimizations.

Required Technical Skills

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – AEM Sites, Templates, Components, Sling Models, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR. Experience with AEM Cloud Service is a plus.
• Front‑end Development – strong experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and state‑management libraries.
• Search & Indexing – hands‑on experience with ElasticSearch / Elastic Cloud, search optimization, indexing strategies, performance tuning.
• RESTful APIs and microservices integration.
• CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
• Experience with headless CMS or AEM CIF.
• Performance tuning and security best practices.
• Additional technical skills (good to have).
