Zusammenfassung

IONOS in Berlin or Karlsruhe is looking for a Tax Specialist (f/m/d) to handle the full range of tax topics and build expertise in transfer pricing. You will work within our tax team and collaborate across the global group on tax matters.

The role includes preparing tax balance sheets and returns, supporting transfer pricing documentation, and advising business units on tax issues with a focus on international intercompany strategies. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Aufgaben

• Preparing tax balance sheets and tax returns for the German group companies together with our colleagues.
• Support in preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR), including functional and risk analyses.
• Contributing to the implementation and further development of intercompany transfer pricing guidelines and models and reviewing intercompany agreements in coordination with the business functions.
• Tax assessment of business transactions, contracts and restructurings.
• Advising business functions and subsidiaries on tax matters, and acting as contact person for our foreign entities on operational questions regarding the operational application of transfer pricing requirements.
• Supporting tax audits and communicating with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Helping us develop our Tax Compliance Management System further and digitalise our tax processes.
• Monitoring legislative changes and case law, and deriving recommendations for action.
