Your Responsibilities:

You will provide part-time support in creating requirements in the ERP-system, maintain documents and create structured digital overviews and tables. Additionally you will communicate with suppliers and contractors regarding scheduling and obtaining quotes.

The weekly work schedule is 20 hours and can be arranged flexibly. This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for one year. It is also available as a working student position.

Location: Emmerich am Rhein

Organizational Structure: The position is part of the Technical Services team and reports directly to the department head.

Team Size: You will work as part of a team of 5 colleagues.
