Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years in an early childhood leadership or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of Delaware childcare licensing regulations and NAEYC standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience with curriculum planning and child development best practices.
  • Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
