Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Finanzbuchhalter/in in Aachen zur eigenverantwortlichen Leitung der Finanzbuchhaltung. Sie betreuen Anlagenbuchhaltung, Kostenrechnung und erstellen Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie Berichte.

Sie arbeiten mit DATEV und MS Excel, bringen analytisches Denken und Zahlenaffinität mit und arbeiten strukturiert, eigenständig sowie proaktiv.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise Steuerfachangestellte oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation.
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
• Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel.
• Analytische Denkweise und Zahlenaffinität.
• Teamplayer, zuverlässig, schnell lernfähig.
• Umgang mit sensiblen Daten.
• Interesse an klientenübergreifender Buchhaltungsarbeit.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Engagement, Eigeninitiative und strukturiertes Arbeiten.

• Selbstständige Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung

• Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen
• Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse
• Rechnungsstellung
• Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen

• Independent management of financial accounting

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or another commercial/business qualification
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Proficient in the DATEV accounting software
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Analytical thinking and strong numerical aptitude
• Team player, reliable, and quick to learn
• Professional handling of sensitive data
• Interest in working across multiple clients with varied bookkeeping tasks
• Strong communication skills, commitment and proactiveness, and a structured, independent working style
