Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned account marketer to lead pharmaceutical advertising efforts for key client accounts. You will manage relationships from day one, steering integrated campaigns across digital and print while navigating ambiguity with confidence.

The role requires HCP marketing experience, launch work for new indications, and collaboration with internal teams. Occasional in-person workshops and on-site collaboration are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare marketing.
• Proven HCP marketing experience, launch experience and new indication work.
• Strong mix of digital and print campaign management.
• Familiar with MLR processes and Veeva Vault submissions.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% for client workshops and on-site collaboration.

• Navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with confidence, bringing clarity and calm when things get chaotic
• Show up for clients in the way they work, including occasional in-person workshops and on-site collaboration
• Develop a deep understanding of client business, disease areas, brand strategy, and HCP marketing priorities
• Partner with P10's internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital and print
• Support launch and new indication work, hitting the ground running on complex, milestone-driven campaigns
• Support budget management, forecasting, and financial performance tracking in partnership with Operations
• Flag scope changes and budget risks early and proactively

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare marketing; 4 years considered with demonstrated strong career growth
• Proven HCP marketing experience, launch experience and new indication work required
• Strong mix of digital and print campaign management
• Deep familiarity with MLR processes and Veeva Vault submissions, this is a standard expectation, not a nice to have
• Proficiency in Slack and Microsoft Teams for day-to-day collaboration
• Comfortable with ambiguity, direct communication, and informal client relationships, you call, you text, you figure it out
• Ability to travel 5–10% to NY, NJ, or PA for client workshops and on-site collaboration
• Based in the United States: NY, NJ, or PA preferred.
