Position Summary

**This is a fully remote or hybrid opportunity for the right candidate and we are open to location**

Join First Health, a subsidiary of Aetna, as Manager, Account Management, where you will implement processes for sales, account management, and business retention operations for the organization's product and services. In this high impact role, you will design systems to execute Account Management strategy for complex accounts to meet profitable growth. You will also assist in the management of member growth and retention objectives.

What you will do

• Oversee the contract and implementation initiatives for new clients and programs.
• Forecast changes within the health care industry, conduct business impact assessments, and develop modification strategies with the aid of process improvement.
• Ensures customer/membership retention targets are achieved through the renewal process.
• Coach clients on addressing regulatory issues and health care trends with potential impact on client.
• Determines market capitalization opportunities to drive competitive advantage.
• Constructs complex financial decision recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Account Management or related client-facing experience with an emphasis on large and complex National Accounts.
• Adept at business intelligence.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training/relevant professional qualifications or experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
