About the job
About us
As Account Manager / Account Director – Rail, you will own a portfolio of strategic OEMs, system suppliers, component manufacturers and rolling stock operators in the European rail industry.
Your mission is to deepen CSP’s footprint across the rail value chain — covering rolling stock manufacturing, component production, maintenance depots, overhaul facilities and compliance-heavy workflows.
You will strengthen CSP’s position in quality management, production, safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance within one of Europe’s most demanding industrial environments.
You will work with engineering, quality, production, maintenance, IT and executive stakeholders to support digital transformation and position CSP as a long‑term partner for safety, reliability and operational excellence.
This is a high‑impact, strategic role at the center of CSP’s growth in the rail and rolling stock market.
