Ellevation Education is seeking an Account Manager for the East region, focusing on renewing and expanding partnerships with school districts to maximize EL program outcomes. You will monitor district engagement, drive product adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen relationships and revenue.
You will travel up to 50% for in-person meetings, demos, and renewal calls, with a blend of remote work and field visits.
Over the last 10+ years, Ellevation Education has built a thriving business serving the administrators, teachers, and specialists who support English Learners at public schools across the U.S. Today, nearly 2,000 school districts use our software to manage their EL programs. We are a successful, rapidly growing business with a real mission: helping English Learners achieve their highest aspirations.
We’re making major investments in how our platform supports the communication, data, and workflow needs of educators — and we’re beginning to explore how AI can accelerate, enhance, and reimagine these experiences. As we scale, we’re looking for engineering leaders who want to do more than manage systems — people who want to help shape the internal platforms and paved paths that enable our teams to build, ship, and operate high-quality software.
The Account Manager plays a critical role in renewing and expanding partnerships with existing customers while ensuring educators maximize the value of Ellevation to support English Language Learners. In this role, you will monitor district and educator engagement, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow the partnerships you manage. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build trusted relationships with district leaders, foster long-term customer success, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. By increasing district adoption and expanding existing partnerships, you will directly contribute to company revenue goals. Most importantly, you will help thousands of educators leverage a solution that empowers them to better support multilingual learners and improve student outcomes.
This position supports the East sales region, with a focus on the Southeast Region. Travel is a requirement of this position.
