A dynamic financial solutions company in Berlin seeks an SMB Account Executive to drive sales and expand its customer base. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in SaaS, and be passionate about achieving sales targets. This role involves collaborating closely with Sales Development Representatives to optimize lead generation and enhance overall performance. An attractive compensation package with uncapped commissions is offered.

As an SMB Account Executive at Agicap, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within the SMB segment. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve your sales targets.
As part of our German Sales team, you will actively collaborate with fellow Account Executives to share best practices, strategies, and insights, fostering a supportive team environment that drives collective success. Additionally, you will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads, providing feedback and guidance to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance overall sales performance.
