💡 Please note that for this role, C2-level German proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.

What you will do ✨
  • 🤝 Collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure continuous improvement in lead quality through effective communication and constructive feedback

  • 🔗 Cultivate strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities, to foster long-term partnerships

  • 📈 Contribute to the growth of our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting the progression of sales deals

  • 📊 Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying trends within our target personas to optimize our sales approach, while consistently analyzing data to inform strategies

  • 🌍 Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings
