We are currently looking for an Account Director to join our amazing team at Stellar to take the lead on delivering new tactical opportunities and build on the success of our existing retail activities, across Germany and Austria

About the role

In this role you will have the opportunity to grow revenue, by motivating and managing a team based in Germany and Austria to create fantastic customer service. This is a senior management position, with the scope to develop new initiatives, influence senior stakeholders and work closely with clients to develop business

What we are looking for
  • German speaker with professional fluency in English

What we offer
  • €55,000 to €60,000 per annum
  • Discretionary bonus, up to 10% of salary (based on targets being achieved)
  • Monday to Friday ( 9am- 5.30pm), hybrid working
  • Full time permanent role
  • 30 days of holidays
  • You will be required to work from home and travel to locations in Germany, Austria, and once every 2 months you will need to work from Head Office, London
  • At the end of each month, Friday afternoon or Monday morning paid time off
  • To work with a friendly and ambitious team
