A leading retail experience agency in Germany seeks an Account Director to lead a team towards delivering excellent customer service and growing retail sales. Responsibilities include managing budgets, achieving KPIs, and building client relationships. The role requires fluency in German and English, strategic thinking, and experience in team management. This full-time position offers a salary of €55,000 to €60,000 annually with a hybrid working model and various benefits.
