Training Employer Manager – Professional Accounting Services

This home‑based opportunity offers the flexibility to manage your own diary, with around a third of your time spent visiting clients within your catchment area (Kent). The role is a 35‑hour working week, giving you the autonomy to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance for training employers and principals within the professional accounting services sector.
• Assess and approve organisations for training status.
• Review compliance with professional standards.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the ACA qualification.

Qualifications and Experience

• Training or L&D background within an accountancy firm, higher education, or a finance/accountancy training provider.
• Professionally qualified as ACA, ICAS, or Irish ACA.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with interpersonal skills.
