Amazon Operations in Germany is seeking a maintenance leader to oversee the technical area of a fulfillment center on a shift basis. You will head maintenance teams and ensure smooth operations, improve availability of conveyor and building systems, and drive safety culture.

The role emphasizes planning, budget adherence, and KPI evaluation to optimize overall equipment effectiveness and site performance.

Qualifikationen

In this position, you are responsible on a shift basis for the entire technical area of a fulfillment center. You lead maintenance teams and, together with them, ensure smooth operations and improved availability of conveyor and building systems. You coordinate and optimize production processes and contribute to a safe working environment. You are also responsible for ensuring that all inspections and maintenance activities are carried out on schedule.

Basic Qualifications
