Tasks / Responsibilities

• Disciplinary responsibility for the department at the Regensburg site and further development in line with corporate goals and TÜV SÜD leadership commitments.
• Establishment of an innovative and positive work culture to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Managing existing clients and acquiring new ones through proposal and contract negotiations in collaboration with sales.
• Identifying and implementing new legal and normative frameworks within a profitable growth strategy.
• Optimizing measurement procedures and increasing sampling efficiency through improved equipment.
• Ensuring high-quality standards in customer contact, service delivery, and documentation through ongoing team competence development.
• Collaborating closely with other departments on process optimization and cross-departmental account management in national and international projects.
• Active participation in operational activities during representations and key client engagements.
• Overall responsibility for the department's accreditation, compliance with authorities, and representation in relevant committees.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental or process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
