Job Overview
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
Working Hours
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 25 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications
- Education – High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred (Ausbildung – Abitur / G.E.D.-Äquivalent bevorzugt)
- Retail Experience – At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred (1 Jahr Erfahrung im Einzelhandel erwünscht)
- Supervisor / Managerial Experience – No supervisory / management experience is required (Erfahrung in der Führungsverantwortung wird nicht vorausgesetzt)
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required (CEFR B2 Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich)
