ProcuVia, a procurement consultancy, seeks analytically strong professionals to shape negotiation strategies and lead complex projects.

You will prepare and conduct negotiations, design game-theory optimized auction processes, analyze cost structures, and present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, on site in Düsseldorf or remotely as needed.

Aufgaben

• (Partial) management of individual large projects or several smaller projects in parallel
• Professional leadership and development of employees within the projects
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of negotiations
• Design and implementation of game-theory-optimized auction processes to maximize competitive effects
• Development of argument-based and consequence-based negotiation strategies
• Analysis of cost structures, supplier positions, and market situations
• Preparation of decision bases and strategic recommendations for clients
• Active support of negotiation rounds (remote or on site), including briefing and debriefing
• Confident communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Presentation of results and recommendations at management level
