Within the Digital Health Solutions team, we are looking for a talented 3D Graphics/Rendering Web Developer (d/f/m) to strengthen our team in Duderstadt or Berlin – with the flexibility to also work remotely within Germany. The goal of your role is to help shape our customized 3D-printed products and the associated software, thereby contributing to the development of modern web applications. You bring your expertise in 3D development, drive creative ideas forward, and play a key role in designing innovative digital products. In doing so, you work closely with UX/UI design, development, and product management—agile, user-centered, and technology-driven.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Generation of innovative ideas and creation of unique design concepts in the digital realm.
• Crafting, developing, and implementing cutting-edge 3D solutions for our web applications, with a focus on user-friendliness, performance, and security.
• Transforming design concepts into functional applications using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Designing, developing, and implementing 3D web applications.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, medical technology or comparable.
• Strong experience with real-time graphics programming (GLSL/HLSL/WebGL/Three.js).
• Proficient in shader development for effects like raycasting, procedural geometry, and custom object creation.
• Solid understanding of 3D math (vectors, matrices, transformations).
• Experience with rigging and skinning techniques (skeletal animation, vertex weighting).
• Familiarity with 3D engines (Unity, Unreal, or Three.js) and DCC tools (Blender, Maya).
• Ability to collaborate with artists and developers to implement and optimize graphics features.
• Experience in developing modern web applications with JavaScript/Typescript and Vue.js is highly desirable.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
