1. Project description

The purpose of this engagement is to provide services for the continuous development, maintenance, and optimization of Azure-based data integration, automation, and reporting solutions. The service provider will deliver defined outcomes independently, using their own resources and tools, without integration into the client’s organizational hierarchy or following client-specific work instructions.

2. Project Phases

Phase 1 : Knowledge Transfer (until end of Q1). The service provider will independently familiarize themselves with the existing solution landscape and documentation. This phase consists of the independent acquisition of knowledge to ensure a smooth transition of services without operational disruption.

Phase 2 : Service Delivery (from Q2 onward). Full execution of agreed deliverables as outlined in the scope below.

3. Task description

3.1 Data Pipelines & Integration

Design, development, and maintenance of ETL / ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory.

Integration of structured and unstructured data into Azure SQL environments.

Independent tracking and optimization of pipeline performance.

3.2 Data Visualization & Reporting

Creation and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reports.

Application of DAX and data modelling best practices.

Definition of reporting requirements based on technical information provided by stakeholders.

3.3 Workflow Automation

Construction and maintenance of Logic Apps and Power Automate workflows.

Definition and implementation of monitoring and error handling mechanisms.

3.4 Development & Deployment

Utilization of Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for development and CI / CD.

Creation of proper documentation and version control.

4. Deliverables

Operational data pipelines and integration workflows.

Power BI dashboards aligned with business KPIs.

Automated workflows for business processes.

CI / CD pipelines for deployment.

Comprehensive documentation of all provided services and deliverables.

5. Governance

Review of Deliverables : On a monthly basis, presentation of the status of the agreed deliverables.

Technical Documentation : Documentation and reporting of results according to the agreed technical standards.
