AbbVie invites you to join the Operations Development Program (ODP), a global, three-year rotation designed to develop future Operations leaders. Across three twelve-month assignments, you will take ownership of meaningful projects and gain broad experience with leaders across the organisation.

You will receive mentoring, targeted leadership training, and exposure to AbbVie's international network to grow technical and business capabilities throughout your career.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in process/chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, bioscience, biotechnology, pharmacy or a related discipline.
• At least one internship or practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong academic performance with extracurricular achievements.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, along with adaptability, initiative, integrity and professional maturity.
• Ambition to grow into a future leadership role within Operations.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Aufgaben

• Complete three 12-month rotations across Product Development, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Work with an assignment manager providing direction, feedback and day-to-day support.
• Build cross-site and international exposure within AbbVie's global network.

AbbVie’s Operations Development Program (ODP) is a global, full-time, three-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of Operations leaders. Across three challenging twelve-month assignments, you will take ownership of meaningful projects, gain broad functional experience and build relationships with leaders across the organisation. Each rotation will broaden your perspective and prepare you for future leadership opportunities within AbbVie Operations.

Combining hands‑on experience, career mentoring, and targeted technical and leadership training, the ODP accelerates your professional and personal development. By the end of the program, you will have built the experience, technical capabilities and confidence to make a meaningful impact for our patients.

Throughout the program, you will receive the support, exposure and development opportunities needed to grow into a successful career within our global organisation.

Qualifications

• A recent or upcoming degree—preferably a master’s in process or chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, bioscience, biotechnology, pharmacy or a related discipline
• At least one internship or comparable practical experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong academic performance complemented by meaningful extracurricular achievements
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, along with adaptability, initiative, innovation, integrity and professional maturity
• A high level of ambition and a clear aspiration to grow into a future leadership role within Operations.
• Fluency in both German and English
