Amazon Fulfillment Germany GmbH in Germany is seeking experienced professionals for the Pathways program. You will rapidly develop into an Amazon Senior Operations Manager, leading teams and large-scale operations with mobility across sites and geographies.

The program spans three years with mentoring and high-visibility exposure to senior leadership, enabling accelerated career growth and future executive opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree (or currently enrolled).
• Fluent or high proficiency in German (B2).

• After onboarding, lead up to 4 managers and 400 employees.
• Foster a strong Health and Safety culture.
• Plan and allocate resources while motivating the team.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.

About The Program

Pathways is a three-year program designed to rapidly develop experienced professionals into Amazon's next Senior Operations Managers.

In this time your scope grows from leading approx. 100 up to 800 employees and managers.

Members are highly visible to senior leadership through exclusive mentoring.

They can change roles, sites, and geographies.

Through intense and challenging opportunities in our operations network, we will expand your leadership capacity.

The lessons you learn and the credibility you gain will set you up for accelerated career growth and future executive leadership opportunities at Amazon.

We are currently hiring for several start dates in 2027 for different locations across our logistics network.

Key job responsibilities

• After a solid onboarding as a front-line manager, lead up to 4 managers and 400 employees

• Collaborate with senior management and support teams to achieve business objectives

A day in the life

In this role you manage teams and processes in our Operations organization. You will start in our Fulfillment Center in Horn-Bad Meinberg or Sort Center in Eggolsheim. Please expect to change the location during the course of the three year program.

Basic Qualifications

• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• A minimum of B2 in German
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a MBA or equivalent Master's level education degree
• 3+ years of professional or military experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
• Work experience or degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field
