Job summary

Constaff GmbH seeks an experienced Lead Integration Architect to drive integration strategy across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems. You will provide architectural leadership for SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite, shaping scalable data models and enterprise data flows.

The role requires hands-on experience with Data Lake, MDI, and Point-to-Point integrations, plus global transformation project exposure and excellent stakeholder communication in English.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Lead Integration Architect or Integration Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Hands-on experience with Data Lake, MDI, BIB, Point-to-Point Integration, and BTP Extensions.
• Experience defining enterprise integration strategies and middleware architectures.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, and integration governance.
• Experience in complex global transformation programs.
• Knowledge of AI integration, particularly SAP Joule, is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
