What You’ll Do
As our product designer, you’ll own and lead the end-to-end design process, from early discovery to shipped product and measurable outcomes. You’ll work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, customer success, and marketing, while collaborating directly with our users in operationally complex environments.
You will:
Help define and scale our design system and internal design processes from the ground up.
Own design of core product workflows - dashboards, mobile tools, setup/configuration, and more.
Translate complex use cases into intuitive, usable, and scalable experiences for operational users in traditional industries.
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs, and create attractive and easy to understand designs
Conduct customer and user interviews, synthesize insights, and turn those into actionable designs.
Co-own product metrics like engagement, activation, and feature adoption alongside PM and CS.
Expedite the path to our vision by enabling marketing & GTM with future concepts and key visuals.
What We're Looking For
Functional Strengths
Strong product thinking. You understand and discover the "why," not just the "what".
Skilled in UX for complex workflows (preferably B2B), bringing clarity over complex use-cases.
Hands-on in UI, and proficient in design software (eg. Figma), to ship high-quality, intuitive and user-friendly outcomes without needing visual design support
Familiarity with design systems, information architecture and interaction design
Able to run your own research, synthesize insights, and validate hypotheses
Fast, iterative, and comfortable working with imperfect data or shifting goals
Bonus Skills
Experience in operationally-heavy domains: logistics, manufacturing, construction, etc.
Experience with B2B/SaaS tools (CRM, analytics, dashboards, etc.)
Exposure to computer vision, AI or safety-critical applications is a plus
Your Background
You may have:
Been a founding designer or a key designer at an early-stage startup
Operated at a Senior, Lead, or Staff level in a small, high-ownership team
Learned design on the job, through building, not just formal training
Seen a product grow from early ambiguity to scale clarity, and know how that journey feels
You likely thrive in the early and growth-stage, and...
Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You don’t wait to be told or clearly defined. You exemplify resourcefulness, and a bias for action.
You’re driven by curiosity about how things work, and how to make them better. While you’re an expert, you’re humble and open to feedback.
Are a clear communicator, both async and in-person. You thrive in bringing clarity from ambiguity.
You’re a great collaborator, working cross-functionally, with engineers, PMs, marketers, and customers.
