Your Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration in the Sales and Service Cloud
Ideally previous experience with Field Service Lightning and Digital Customer Experience
Strong knowledge of profiles, permissions, field level security, and sharing settings within the Salesforce platform, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders across various departments
Fluent in English and German results-driven, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Your tasks
Lead the design, development, and implementation of customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations within the Salesforce platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective Salesforce solutions
Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure they meet user expectations and best practices
Manage Salesforce user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access and security
Stay current with Salesforce trends, updates, and new functionalities, proactively identifying opportunities for platform improvements and enhancements
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior and intermediate Salesforce team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
