This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from the office, depending on the candidate's preference.

About the Role

The Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA will play a critical role in overseeing clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the development of innovative medical treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits for assigned clinical studies.
• Ensure protocol adherence, data accuracy, and patient safety across all trial phases.
• Collaborate with investigators and clinical site teams to ensure smooth study execution.
• Review data and resolve queries to support the integrity of clinical datasets.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing study-related documentation, such as protocols and clinical study reports.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science, healthcare, or related field.
• At least 2 years of independent monitoring experience in clinical research.
• Solid understanding of clinical trial regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational abilities and excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in both independent and team settings.
• Proficiency in German and English.
