Your Main Duties

• As a Content Creator - TikTok & Short-Form Video (d/f/m) you will be asked to travel regularly to our hotels across Europe to shoot original, on-location content
• Create engaging, aesthetic, and fun TikTok videos and short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Stay up to date with social trends and adapt them to our brand identity
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager, local hotel teams, Cluster Marketing Managers, and external partners
• Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns and influencer activations
  
  

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Sei authentisch und Du selbst
• 1–2 years of hands-on content creation experience as a content creator – with a strong TikTok portfolio
• Strong filming, editing, and storytelling skills using mobile and/or professional tools
• Deep understanding of what makes content go viral
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Based in Berlin - and excited to travel frequently
• Bonus points for: Experience in the hospitality, travel, and/or lifestyle sectors
  
  

Strong on-camera presence or the ability to direct others confidently

Knowledge of CapCut, Canva, and other mobile editing tools
