Equity Sales Trader (m/f/d)

The Equity Sales Trader will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds, family offices, banks, and brokers
• Locating liquidity for large and less liquid securities
• Communicating trading ideas and interpreting investment opinions from Baader research reports to clients; providing market information in a timely manner
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Sales Trading, and Trading colleagues across Munich, London, Frankfurt, and New York
• Traveling frequently to meet clients
• Identifying new business opportunities and participating in marketing efforts, including trading conferences
• Possessing a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance or related fields; financial fieldwork experience is a plus
• Having at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution
• Having knowledge of financial markets, especially European markets, and staying updated on current affairs
• Maintaining a strong network of clients in Switzerland, particularly local family offices
• Passing regulatory exams
• Understanding market structure and infrastructure
• Understanding client investment behavior and preferences
• Demonstrating innovative problem-solving skills
• Being customer-oriented, proactive, and a good team player
• Fluent in English and German; Swiss German is a plus
