Senior Cloud Service Manager

As a Cloud Service Manager, you will be the primary contact for cloud service delivery, ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and strategic alignment with business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage service performance, and drive continuous improvement of cloud environments.

Aligning cloud services with business objectives, securing critical requirements, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Managing customer relationships from contract initiation to stable operation, including service delivery, change management, and SLA compliance.
Monitoring service performance, creating reports, and addressing deviations proactively.
Ensuring security and compliance standards are met while managing cross-functional risks.
Leading matrix teams and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to stabilize and improve services.

Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in IT service management within cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), preferably with knowledge of EDI and/or E-Invoicing.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially incident, problem, change, and service level management.
Understanding of cloud architectures, operational models, and security requirements.
Experience with monitoring and reporting tools for cloud service oversight.
Assertiveness, solution-oriented working style, and leadership skills, even in complex or escalated situations.
Proficiency in German and English communication skills.
