Join Bosch's Junior Managers Program - Research & Development Software and Application. Over 18-24 months, you'll rotate through various stations in Germany and abroad, working on responsible tasks in application, software services, and development areas such as requirements engineering, validation, virtualization, big data, and AI, focusing on control units for powertrains. You will collaborate on global projects with innovative products, gaining valuable experience in embedded software, algorithms, big data, or machine learning. The program aims to prepare you for future managerial roles at Bosch.

Candidate Profile:

• Personality: Master's or Diploma degree (preferably with PhD), early work experience, leadership ambition, entrepreneurial mindset, flexible, proactive, interculturally competent
• Background: Studies in Technical Computer Science (Embedded Systems), Engineering (AI, Control Engineering), Physics, or related fields
• Experience and Skills: Knowledge of Embedded Software Development (C++, C, Python, Matlab), algorithms, Big Data, Cloud systems, international experience (>3 months abroad), internships, fluent in English and German
