Lead Consultant SAP FINANCE

Our client, a people-centered digital transformation partner with over 30 years of market success , is looking for a Lead Consultant SAP FINANCE (m / w / d) to join their growing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) team across multiple locations in Germany .

Tasks

You will play a central role in shaping and delivering SAP Finance solutions for a diverse client portfolio, working on national and international projects with full project lifecycle ownership.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading all project phases from conception, design, prototyping, rollout, and support for SAP FI projects.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for clients in optimizing financial processes, including profit center accounting.
• Supporting the acquisition of new projects and conducting client workshops .
• Leading projects and sub-projects with ownership and vision.

Requirements

You will excel in this role if you bring :

• Several years of project experience in implementing and / or supporting SAP FI in ECC and / or S / 4HANA environments.
• Solid understanding of business processes in finance and controlling .
• Knowledge of FI processes and integration with logistics modules .
• Experience with New GL and / or S / 4HANA migration is a plus.
• ABAP skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to be onsite with clients without living out of a suitcase 5 days / week.
• Fluency in German and strong English skills.
• High level of social competence, clear communication, and confident presence .
• Enthusiasm, engagement, and a team-oriented mindset.
