Your Job

Responsibilities include:

• Managing steady-state activities (tickets related to demands, incidents, service tasks) and projects within the SAP S/4 HANA FI module daily
• Managing external system integrators and engaging directly with system users
• Coordinating change management activities within the product
• Identifying risks affecting operational stability, suggesting improvements to the product owner and team
• Enhancing transparency on technical debt and ensuring its resolution to maintain product quality
• Serving as the contact point for operational stability and improvement topics, participating in communities of practice or chapter events

Your Profile

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, especially processes and transactions for reporting and their configuration and customization
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture and system landscapes
• Experience with ITIL framework and ITSM processes, especially in service transition and operation
• Skills in risk analysis and assessment
• Knowledge of operations and maintenance tools (ServiceNow, Confluence) and methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus

Desirable Skills

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager
• Experience with SAP Central Finance
• Knowledge of audit procedures, archiving, tax return, reconciliation processes
• Data mining skills
• Agile mindset and experience with scaled agile frameworks
• Experience with Software BackLine
