2nd Level IT Supporter (FWWS) (m/w/d)

For an European software company with a broad expertise in all areas of IT – from classic software development and IT consulting to AI applications and IT security, we are looking for an experienced Data Administrator - 2nd Level Application IT Supporter for Branch Merchandise Management System (BMMS) (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Providing the 2nd level application support in monitoring, analysing and troubleshooting tickets for the systems in the area of Branch Merchandise Management System
• Checking and processing tickets in the company`s internal ticket system (IT4YOU)
• Holding and checking of incoming tickets according to service times
• Standard cases and complex analysis/consultation with stakeholders
• Dispatching activities – planning and scheduling tickets
• Data checking in the system/database
• Checking on status data transfer overnight/morning
• Communication towards country/stakeholders
  
  

Your profile:

• Minimum formal education/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other IT related field is a nice to have
• Strong knowledge of SQL DB & Statement - SQL Sintax and Statements
• Understanding of operating systems like Unix and programming languages can also be beneficial
• SQL interface experience or some other system interface experience is necessary
• Experience with working with large data volumes
• Analytical skills
• Proficiency in German and English is required
